National repository for grey publications on economic policy and development in Sri Lanka. The holdings include Central Bank reports and academic texts on Sri Lanka as well as recent journals, newspapers, magazines and monographs. An archive of IPS’s own publications is maintained by a different unit within the Institute. Some materials are available for free downloading from the IPS website.

- Inter-library loans can be arranged.
- Daily usage Rs. 300 per day.
- Researchers to be referred through a letter from the librarian of a student’s own institution. An appointment or request to access must be made prior to the visit.
