South Asian American Digital Archive
A community based database on South Asian American history. SAADA curates and hosts educational material and archives of any format on persons and communities in the U.S. who trace their heritage to India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Maldives, and the many South Asian diaspora communities across the globe. It includes an oral archive of Sri Lankan ‘Tamil feminist liberation’. The archive includes photographs and ephemera including letters, pamphlets, audio recordings, and interviews from across South Asia categorized under individual projects.
